Oil painting was the first medium I studied extensively after photography. I love the smell of oil paints and the feeling of pushing and pulling the paint across a canvas. It is a very tactile medium and the blending capabilities of the paint are magical to me. I love to use vibrant color in my work and am constantly pushing the envelope. Below are a few of my favorite pieces from the many works I have painted over the last fifteen years. My children have been a favorite subject, second to my love of water.

Those pieces that are for sale as reproductions have a link. If there is not a link to the thumbnail, it is not for sale.
